Quck and Easy Roasted Cauliflower

This dish is so simple and delicious we eat this often.


1 head of cauliflower, cleaned and sliced into 1″ “steaks”
1 Tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
1 Tablespoon (or more or less to taste) Aleppo pepper
salt and pepper to taste


1.  Toss with olive oil, Aleppo pepper, salt and pepper
2.  Place on sheet tray in oven at 450 degrees for approximately 28 minutes turning halfway through cooking time or until golden brown on both sides.  Serve immediately.
