Serves 1 | Prep Time: 5 Minutes | Cook Time: 20 Minutes
4 cups kale, raw, (ribs removed) leaves cut into 3" pieces
1/2 tsp salt, kosher
Preheat an oven to 400 degrees
Line a sheet pan with parchment paper
Spread kale leaves on the sheet pan and roast in an oven at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes turning halfway through cooking time until crisp.
Toss with salt and enjoy!
Tip: You can add additional seasonings to suit your taste such as garlic powder, onion powder, or even spice things up with a bit of cayenne pepper.
