Chia Seed Pudding with Sweet Cherries

Sweet cherry season has just begun and I am still in love with chia seed pudding for breakfast.  This recipe is simple to make and keeps me full until lunch.  


*Recipe Tip:  Remove Stems from cherries and use a Cherry Pitter to remove the seed/pit and slice cherries in half.

Ingredients:
2 tbsp – Chia Seeds, raw
113.4 g/4.0oz (274.1g) – Almond Milk, Vanilla
.5 cup – Sweet Cherry, Raw
1 Tbsp – Agave Nectar, Organic, Raw

Recipe Directions:
Add chia seeds to a bowl
Whisk in almond milk
let set in the refrigerator for 15 minutes
Whisk again
Eat or make ahead (let set in refrigerator overnight)
Top with pitted sweet cherries
Drizzle with agave nectar and serve immediately
